As someone who travels frequently for work, the long days in the vehicle wreak havoc on my body!
While not the smallest unit, I love that I'm able to pack up my mat and take it with me to use while I'm on the road living in hotel after hotel!

Great mat, love it. Trying to use it 3-4X a week.. noticing less aches. My hips and knees haven’t felt this good since I was 20!
From weight lifting to racquet sports, I find my recovery time has decreased while using this mat daily. I’ve started stretching on the mat post workouts and I truly feel the difference. I wake up refreshed with less muscle aches and tension than I’ve experienced in a while (going on 3 months of use). Only downfall, I wish the red light portion would stay on longer than 30 minutes, but a quick click is easy enough. Need to try it to experience it, love it.
Using the Ultra PEMF has made such a difference in my sleep patterns (and my children). I choose to enhance the mat, upping the (infrared)heat function . It’s so cozy and relaxing. Finish an episode before bed and drift off till morning. Great sleeps when I use the mat before bed, wake up so well rested. My kids love to cozy in for a cuddle before bed too and noticing they are sleeping through the night.. game changer.

I picked one up to see if it could help relieve pain and tightness in my lower back. Playing havoc on my tennis and badminton. I am now into month 2. Use it 10 minutes a day (most days) and I must say it is helping a lot. I no longer tighten up and limp around during tennis and other racquet sports. Not sure why but it is helping. Try one. If you have an ailment you got nothing to lose and lots to gain.
